Same-sex Weddings

I am a long-time supporter of the LGBTQ community, and I feel that my brothers and sisters of this part of our population has been unfairly marginalized. I do not believe that the Divinity of my understanding makes mistakes. It is therefore, my understanding that same sex couples are entitled to all the rights and privileges of heterosexual couples. Where the state has approved them, it is my joy and privilege to perform same-sex marriages. If the state only allows for a same-sex union, that is what I will celebrate, and, if there is no legal ceremony allowed, I will join a couple in a holy union or commitment ceremony.
